You put your thumb and two fingers in it then you open and close your fingers then then you can chop ! Paper up but not hard things. I am warning you you could go and chop  paper There.                              is a nail in it  so then you can  make it work, it holds it to gether but you can not put your  fingers  in it  or else you will bleed  for a wee bit. Autumn is season where leafs fall down from trees.                                                                               .
